This retreat is open to all, however, there will be minimal instruction and may not be appropriate for those completely new to practice and looking for an introduction to mindfulness. (Participation in the Monday night meeting on at least 3 occasions should be sufficient experience for anyone unsure!)

The day will include alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, instructions and guidance in Vipassana (Insight/Mindfulness) and Metta (Loving Kindness) practices.
