A Mindful Gathering for Walking Meditation Practice

on Friday mornings in May! 

 

Enjoy the coolness of the mornings and some community

6:40am - 7:10am

at the Fountain near the Civic Center LIbrary at E. 1st St & 75th St.  (map)

Genevieve will offer instruction and answer questions

about the practice from 6:30- 6:40am  

Please feel free to join in at any time & for any length of time! 

TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS,

WE WILL FOLLOW STRICT SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES:

  • Find a walking path that is at least 10 feet from others' paths

  • If you plan to socialize before or after practice, or receive feedback and instructions, please wear a mask/face covering & continue to maintain a 6 foot distance.
