about the practice from 6:30- 6:40am
Please feel free to join in at any time & for any length of time!

Find a walking path that is at least 10 feet from others' paths
If you plan to socialize before or after practice, or receive feedback and instructions, please wear a mask/face covering & continue to maintain a 6 foot distance.
