About the Dharma Practice Group:
Now that our Monday Night meeting will go back to in-person only, please join us online on the 3rd Thursday of each month for meditation, instruction and discussion to explore your practice with guidance and support.
~ 20 minutes of guided & silent meditation
~ 10 - 15 minutes a short dharma theme is offered for reflection
~ 45- 60 minutes group discussion/ Q & A
~ 5 minutes ending meditation/sharing of the merit
The format of this meeting will offer greater opportunity to engage and connect with the teachings, the teacher, and other practitioners, with opportunities to receive feedback about your practice.
Join us on the third Thursday of each month to support and inspire you to:

establish a consistent and nourishing formal practice

learn how to actively work with mindfulness in daily life

work with challenges that arise in practice

connect with other practitioners in the community
